Client access: what the couple can do

Every gallery has one link. What makes someone a client isn't a special URL — it's their email, on the gallery's client list. Send-to-client adds recipients automatically; you can also manage the list in the Access tab.

Signing in

At the gallery, a client opens the menu, taps Client sign-in, and enters their email. We email them a 6-digit code — no account, no password to invent. Their device stays signed in for about three months; after that, they just request a fresh code.

What clients can do

  • Hide photos from everyone the link is shared with. Hidden photos collect in a section at the end of the gallery, only clients see them, and any of them can be brought back.
  • Download even when you've limited downloads to clients only.
  • Design their gallery — cover photo, colors, layout, title styling. Your Appearance settings can always restore your version.
  • Name faces and fill album collections, where those features are in play.
